It was a beautiful day for racing on Grand Mesa even though cold, slow snow made it challenging. Erik Hemstad led a pack of 4 men to the finish. Christie Aschwanden easily out-distanced all of the women. The classic skiers in the race are designated with (C) in the results and were led by Dusty Dodson and Caryl Brown. This completes 2 of the 4 races in the Empowered Energy Systems Grand Mesa Point Series. Preliminary standings should be available soon.
