Due to Saturday’s forecast of heavy snow, gusty winds, possible thunder snow and likely poor road conditions, the Kids Winter Games event has been cancelled. Stay safe and warm!
This FREE, family-friendly event! Sponsored by Friends of Youth and Nature and the Kampe Foundation, this event will feature free kids’ ski lending from the Nature Connection, a free kids’ ski lesson from the Grand Valley Nordic Ski Club, age-appropriate races, an obstacle course, games, and more. Adult ski lending will also be available for a suggested donation of $10/person. This is a tremendous opportunity for the entire family try Nordic skiing and enjoy the beautifully groomed GMNC trails!

10AM-2PM: Ski lending from the Nature Connection
11AM: Kids ski lesson from the Grand Valley Nordic Ski Club
12:15PM: Races
