Heart Throb 2x5km Relay Race February 19, 2023

Join forces with your sweetheart or a friend for a fun relay race. Teams consist of two skiers, who each ski the 5km course once.

Awards for top male, female, coed and century (ages of the team add up to 100 yrs or more) teams.

This race is part of the Grand Mesa Nordic Race Series presented by Empowered Energy Systems, but it is not a scored event (it doesn’t count for the overall series points or age group competition).

Bib pickup and start are at Skyway Trailhead off of Highway 65 on the Grand Mesa.

The race starts at 11 am.

$40 team entry fee for current members of the GMNC (discount taken at checkout)
$50 team entry fee for non-members.

Online registration has closed, but race day registration is still available!

NOTE: Road closures do happen on Grand Mesa, and there can be weather so nasty even us nordic stalwarts find it necessary to postpone a race. Please check the website or our Facebook page for late-breaking news regarding races before heading up.
