Learn To Ski On The Grand Mesa!

With financial support from Dave and Mary Wood Fund / Western Colorado Community Foundation, GMNC is offering a series of three free learn-to-ski clinics this season. They are meant for beginners and teach the classical technique (diagonal stride).

These clinics are for beginners ONLY and we request that you sign up for one clinic so as many people as possible can have the experience.  This is for people to learn and love the sport!

This clinic takes place at County Line trailhead. The clinic starts at 10:30. Please arrive by 10:15am to get checked in.

What to Bring to your lesson?

  • Classic skiing equipment for groomed tracks – Ski Gear and Ski Tips
  • Proper clothing for extended periods outdoors, sunscreen, water and snacks
  • Face covering
  • Optional: small notebook and pencil for taking notes
