Tom grew up in an alpine skiing family, spending his early years often at Grandma’s house in Lake Tahoe.  After graduating from UCSB he moved to CO for further education at Colorado State University. In 1998 his wife took a job in Steamboat Springs so for the next 25 years they enjoyed all that NW CO had to offer.  Today, Cedaredge is home, and the Grand Mesa is the new playground. Needless to say, Tom is excited to be on the GMNC board supporting and promoting some of the best nordic skiing in North America.
