It was great to see so many skiers and snowshoers in the Lower Ward area today under a beautiful, blue and sunny sky! Most trails got well broken today! There were about 4 inches of new snow on a variable base that was crusty in places. And, with the wind-drift, there were still some thin spots, some rocks showing through, and a bare spot near the trail head.
